What an Agent Loves
I got this off Twitter, like everybody else, and my first attempts looked terrible. This is what it took to fix that, including the parts where I was the one who was wrong. Rules tell an agent what not to do. Only a well tells it what to want.

The Meeting Is the Prompt
It hit me in the middle of the work. The meetings are the prompts. An hour of a real team meeting is layered signal, and we throw away ninety percent of it turning it into action items. The summary was never a record of the meeting. It was a survival mechanism for human memory. Now that something can hold the whole hour, the raw meeting becomes the prompt, and each person loads it whole into their own infrastructure. The salience gets decided at the edge, not the center.
